143 is a numeric way to say, "I love you" 1 letter, 4 letters, 3 letters. We were called to love our neighbor as we are loved by The Lord. Mission 143 is designed to help you love His Children through successful charities.
We are here for you. Not your donors. Not your board. You. Those who show up and serve others. We want to see you make your mission, your charitable movement, a success.
This site is designed to help you to recruit, better. To grow your team, better. To survive, better. To lead, better. To Impact, more.
Our blog, our field guides, our webinars are all designed to help you succeed, at no cost to you but your time. Why free? 143.

You did not choose this work because it was easy. You chose it because something in you could not look away.
From the need. From the people. From the call.
As pure as the call is, sometimes the work gets heavy.
Not wrong. Just heavy. Challenges abound.
The volunteers who cancel. The funding that falls short. The team that needs you to hold everything together, including the things that were never officially anyone's job.
You love this. That is not the question.
The question is whether you have what you need to keep doing it at the level it deserves.
The business world has an entire industry built around leadership, organizational health, and operational excellence. The servant world often only gets a bake sale and a prayer chain.
Mission 143 exists to close that gap.

My name is Mike Panebianco, and for 30+ years my mission has been all about team success. As a professional aviator leading in one of the most critical environments imaginable, teamwork wasn't just a handy skill to have, it was mandatory.
As an executive, strategist, and communications specialist in a non-profit environment for a decade, I learned what generates team success, and what grows a movement. More importantly, I learned what kills it also. I'd like to save you that experience.
With decades of training and operational experience in everything from aviation safety, labor leadership, conflict management, strategic planning, and the school of hard knocks in difficult and uncomfortable engagements, I have seen great people go further than anyone could expect when they were in pursuit of meaningful endeavors. Like yours. I also know a bit about what derails the best intentions in serving. I'll share that, too.
We are called to give of our time, talent, and treasure in ministry. My ministry is seeing great missions of service succeed. I'm here to offer proven support for leaders who are growing and leading charities that are making an impact in our communities.
I'm here to serve the servants. It is my pleasure to serve you.
